ABOUT THE COURSE
Whether you run or walk the 7K or the 12K you'll enjoy the views. Both courses start together downtown at the Ferry Building in the shadow of the Bay Bridge, then run through Fisherman's Wharf, along the Marina Green, through beautiful Crissy Field which offers magnificent views of the Golden Gate Bridge and finally finishing at the historic Parade Grounds in the Presidio National Park. The Glide Floss Bridge to Bridge is a sightseeing tour of San Francisco with beautiful vistas everywhere you turn.

2008 COURSE DETOUR: The 7K and 12K courses are the same as previous years, with one exception. Due to construction at Aquatic Park we’ are required to detour around it, turning left on Hyde at Jefferson St., right on Beach, left on Polk, right on North Point, right on Van Ness and then back onto the original course through Ft. Mason. Designated runners lanes will be clearly marked. The 12K course has been re-certified by USA Track & Field (exactly 7.45 miles), but the 7K course will be 4.5 miles long (rather than 4.3).

$40 ages 17 & over and $25 ages 16 & under

REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES
Race registration includes mail back of race bib # and race day information, a special $10 race day parking rate with bib at Embarcadero Center, shuttles back to the race start, official t-shirt and post-race expo goodies. Sorry, registration fees are non-refundable.
